Tips to Reduce Anxiety While Waiting:
1.Check your portal regularly – Sometimes, decisions appear there before emails are sent.
2.Engage in other activities – Distract yourself with work, exercise, or a hobby to reduce stress.
3.Have backup plans – Since you applied to multiple programs, remind yourself that you have other great opportunities.
4.Set a timeline for follow-ups – If you don’t hear back by late March, then it would be more appropriate to send a follow-up.
