I quit my job in July of 2024. I was treated terribly as a black woman in the workplace. Microagressions. Racism. Discrimination. Asking illegal questions about the need for FMLA while caring for my mother with stage 3 breast cancer. Toxic workplace culture. My manager was the worst micromanager.
