Welcome to the beginning of the end of @southwestair The main reason many of us fly your airline is due to the lack to tradition. No assigned seating, 2 free bags and most fares are reasonable, especially flights under 2 hours. You let us know that assigned seating would happen. Between all the Bradley’s and Karen’s and the parents who act entitled to save seats, fine. Make em pay like the rest of the airlines. But you want me to pay for both assigned seating AND luggage?
