I was told that the cases with the charging abilities are able to drain your battery, so now I don’t use those & only otterbox and it’s made a difference. My 11pro max was just over 2 years when I broke the screen but battery was 82%, Apple wouldn’t fix screen without replacing the battery so I got a new phone instead. I don’t take my case off to charge , use whichever charges ect. But I don’t plug it in until dying & leave plugged in until charged. Has been doing me very good!
