I am currently on diet during sahoor. 3 Dates fruits, one glass milk and oats, blended together. And one glass plain water. Thats enough for it till breaking. Iftar, just dont too much. Coz harm u during Taraweh. 😆 Can continue iftar after Taraweh called Moreh time

Pre-make your suhoors. I premake pasta sauces for my kids and freeze it. Whip the eggs and pre slice those mushroooms and onions for your omelette. Chuck everything into a smoothie jar and put it in the fridge. For water, leave cups of water around your house in the evening or have a water alarm to ensure you chug it down in the evening after Iftar and Terawikh. Catch up on sleep after Zuhor for naps or longer ones on weekends.
