The feature was getting track names, and I explained that iTunes was ripping the cd before the track names had loaded. He modified the software to wait an extra 20 seconds so the CD names loaded properly. I also explained that WMP was muuuuch better since they had a feature that ripped CDs without an internet connection and added the track names later, when the computer came online. Also, WMP had a better CD info database than Apple. No response to that!
