@southwestair per usual, is falling for the investor sentiment and spinning paying for checked luggage as “what the customer wants” What customers ?!?!! I only exclusively flew southwest because TWO bags flew free and I didn’t have to stress about packing on every trip I take. I was already considering switching to Delta & caving for flights out of O’hare over the convenience of Midway before this. There’s no other benefit to flying southwest now. Dare I ask WHAT CUSTOMER WANTED THIS ?!
