I don’t know if I’m old school or what but as a recruiter, I super hate it when candidates make it super obvious that they are reading their answers lalo na pag halata na chinat gpt. I mean, AI is super helpful even for me, but I think it’s still proper to practice before your interview and have your answers be more personal than just reading it straight from an AI system. Just sends me a message that you’re lazy and that you’re not confident as an applicant. Am I wrong?
