Back to the 9to5!!! Another 10 hour shift 😞 Won't lie. NHS is on its knees. Too many patients not enough clinicians. I come home drained & ready to quit. It's paying my bills so I go but I'm hoping soon this takes off and I'll either go part time OR retire early 🙏🏼😉
