You can use a hakaa or hand express just enough to get relief. I have a history of oversupply, too. I know that engorgement feels nasty. You can also try block feeding if you aren't doing that already. Days 3-4 were the worst for me this time and then it evened out a bit. I hope you get some relief soon!
