Heck yeah ! Way to go , Big congratulations to you . I'm on A weight loss journey myself , My journey however has been like A roller-coaster , I gain weight then lose it then gain it back , Its never ending . However I have lost the most weight this year already ( 2025 ) I lost about 30 pounds or over , Its been A while since I been on A acurate scale , I say acurate because my scale says 370 and my moms says more than that.
