Grief is weird. This has been a very unexpected pain for me. My ex husbands father, we didn't always get along. But he did always love my babies. And my babies will forever and always love him. My kids have suffered some tough losses in life. But he will now forever be their first lost grandparent and that's been hitting them both hard. Especially my softie trev.
