It has been quite a challenging few days. So sahur matcha has been a regular fixture. I decided to try kanbayashi_shunsho Sachi no Shiro with honey syrup, but the matcha was much too mild for the honey and was overpowered. Really need to try this unsweetened, maybe tomorrow?
