Best topical pain meds(non prescription?) I have tried: -biofreeze(nice but doesn’t last long) -icy hot(same thing) -voltaren(doesn’t seem to do much) -and I have somedays cramp cream ready to try next time I have ovulation pain I really struggle with hip, back, shoulder and neck pain as well as pain in my lower joints and honestly all over my body and I’m looking for something that can provide relief for pretty intense pain. Even if it’s just the back pain.
