Senior managers to whom I been looking up to did not protect me.
Colleagues and peers that did not speak up when I was discriminated, verbally abused and made fun of.
Enablers that told me to "let go", "it's not that deep" and actively supporting those who mistreat me.
Abusive boss who actively allowed that and laughed the most.
Abusive "friend", who triangulated me to report back to abusive boss who admitted to pushing me out of coming into office. 🧵
