That's just what houses do. They expand and contract from temperatures, you're moving around in it (causing it to "shift"), and your utilities are running in the background. It's just more noticeable when you're in there alone. As a homeowner, I pay attention to every noise my house makes. I have to make sure one of those noises ain't about to cost me a grip in repairs🤷♂️
