The time you’ve been doing commissions for doesn’t really matter, it’s a job so you should at least take the minimum wage, it varies depending on where you live but it’s usually around 12-15/h. Once you get more experience and as soon as you start feeling more comfortable you can start charging more for your skills You should also charge the changes your client asks you especiall if they’re big/after the sketch 😉
