Clearly, this is something that I will expand more in the days to come. @imdasg You have in your backyard, film and craft people with more than 30 years of experience. And while it is cool and relevant to champion younger creators with new platforms, you are losing years of experience by not honouring the OG generations of filmmakers. And this is not referring to above the line, directors and producers, but lighting, Art Dept, Wardrobe, and many many more.
