I was told not to bc oversupply issues as well, but if you just pump whenever the engorgement is uncomfy, all it’ll actually do is just make it take a week or so longer to regulate. A worthy trade off for not having pain in my opinion. I recommend trying to only offer one breast at a time (none of that 15min/side stuff bc baby won’t get the hindmilk doing that w an oversupply).
