Still no idea when I’ll get my luggage back. Thanks, Flair Airlines, for the outstanding service:))) I flew with Flair from Calgary to Abbotsford two days ago with a group of five. Three of us checked in luggage, but only mine didn’t arrive. The only way to report this issue is through their vague and user-unfriendly online system, and they never answer calls. As I’m leaving for the states this afternoon, I checked with the Flair counter at YVR.

I’ll get a call when it arrives in Abbotsford, and only then can I request and track its delivery to the states. This has been a major inconvenience. As an international student, I traveled with all my daily essentials. Even worse, my Ortho-K lenses, which I rely on to see clearly, are in the missing bag. Until I get them back, I won’t be able to see properly, and I have no idea when that will be ==
