Just 2 ingredients. Trust this process. When my grandma taught me back in the 90's, I also questioned her - Tu saja? Betul ke? Until I watched her cook and voila! And since then I hv cooked sambal sotong cara begini.
Ingredients:
1. 1kg Sotong, dicuci bersih. Dakwat hitam dibuang. Kalau dapat telur sotong, sumbat balik. No need to cut the sotong to small pieces kerana sotong akan kecut. Sotong ditos dan dikeringkan dgn kitchen towel. Kalau tak, sambal nanti akan menjadi cair. [1/2]
