The trend since 2021 is to quit KKM after the Hartal wave and mass protests. I quit in 2022. I spent the next 6months doing freelance locum. I admit I learnt alot of things on my own compared to certain departments in housemanship. I only managed to get a proper job after 6months. That was 3 years ago. Now locum is hard to come by. Those thinking of quitting because of pressure shouldn't do it without securing a job first. The job market is super saturated (GP,private hosp).
