Visited my newly widowed aunt who had MAGA relatives over for coffee. They complained that during their last vacay, there were no stairs leading into/out of the pool - just a ladder on the deep end. Problem is, the MAGA Mrs. just had knee surgery and couldn’t use the pool without stairs. If I mentioned that as an example of DEI, they’d scoff and not believe me, so I sat there biting my tongue, not wanting to cause a scene out of respect for my aunt. Glad their little vacation was ruined though.
