It’s day 12 of my nutrition and movement challenge within my online fitness community. These women are doing so great creating healthy habits and reducing inflammation in the process. 📲Today is tech free Thursday. Here was today’s challenge and recommendations. Would you try them? ✨Put your phone on do not disturb for one hour during the day and do an alternative activity like stretch, drink tea, relax or call or meet a friend instead of texting.  Can you do this?
