Running log (Day 12 of 30, 5km per day)
Today I tried to keep consistency both in my breathing and pace and I achieved it!
I think you can notice since the bpm is really good for that pace.
I'm always thinking when I run that I need to be consistent in my breathing and pace so I can resist longer distances. I'll try to keep that mentality in my next run!
