Dont skip meals especially breakfast. Eat high protein breakfast. Every meal should have at least 30g protein. Do slow weighted workouts,pilates and yoga helps too. Oh and i took inositol to regulate my period. I just managed to lose 8kg within 4months,quite slow tbh,but still progress😪
