our company provides "Henry Ford" insurance and DenCap dental. neither are covered by more than 1 place each and is the bottom of the barrel insurance. they don't value us. treat us like we are entirely useless and easily replaceable. I took my weeks worth of pto, went in, collected my checks, was confronted by my boss, I explained why I was leaving, that there was no room to grow and they don't give a fuck about any of us. 2/?
