Didn’t the same thing. I made up a story that the tooth fairy was so busy because so many kids lost their teeth too and she said she’s coming back tomorrow.

I wrote an apology note in tiny handwriting on a tiny price of paper to say sorry for being late. Kid took it in for show and tell 🤦🏻‍♀️

This happened in our house this week too. The Tooth Fairy forgot to visit 2 nights in a row. She finally had to cough up $20 because that's the only cash she had the 3rd night 😬

Our tooth fairy was Australian so she came in the day! While they were at school, and yes this worked for all 3 of my children lol

Did 7 yo lose tooth after noon or 2p or something random time? If she doesn't get notice before X time when she sets her route, she goes the next day. Btdt

I did that once and told him it was because she's allergic to dogs and to try checking the mailbox after school 😂 it worked
