It's a strange time: I've never seen such rapid rise in interest in guns in Canada until Trump began threatening Canada with annexation. Totally turning on its head the idea that Canadians are fundamentally opposed to guns. But gun control is polarizing and feeds right wing conspiracy theories, so it's unlikely the Liberals would touch this right now. And we may well need those guns if the US does invade. But understandably, many Canadians also have a healthy fear of mass shootings as well.
