I have two nice large stainless sauté pans (all clad) and a cast iron skillet (lodge obvi). Do I need a Le Creuset braising pan as well? I’m a sheep so if threads tells me I need it….but im not sure if it serves a new purpose or is just something different and pretty. Thoughts?
