Are they at least good quality tattoos? Like, can I get recommendations for local tattoo parlors from this person? I guess I would feel like getting a new tattoo.

I don’t care at all if their teachers have tattoos. My son had a kindergarten teacher who had a bunch of Richard Scary character tattoos, those were super cool.

She did and I loved it about her.

I’d feel like as long as she’s treating my child correctly then it isn’t my business honestly. Someone having tattoos has 0% to do with what they are capable of doing or teaching. Our jobs as parents are to create responsible, respectful people who can create their own futures, if they want tattoos when they are older because their favorite teacher had them then so be it, it’s their life.
