This is so funny because when I first adopted my cat as a kitten his name was Minerva because he was so small the shelter thought he was a girl. Then I took him to get fixed and came back with a gender marker that had mysteriously changed. I scrambled to find another M name and eventually settled on "Muffin" because I caught him eating a muffin. My lil man was robbed of a dignified name😭
