I've traveled enough to know that when people outside the US are talking about Americans, they most certainly do not mean Black people. And it's a relief but also very very sad at the same time. Cuz folks can acknowledge Black folks are not the ones directly causing them harm, but they absolutely do not think highly of us or at all cuz of racism.
