My feed has recently been filled with pictures of trans people, with their “before” and “afters” - their “afters” absolutely BEAMING with joy. Never once is there a question of which picture is happiest. It’s always the “after.” I can’t imagine ANYONE looking at these pictures of pure joy, and thinking “THIS IS BAD.” “JOY IS BAD.” “HAPPINESS IS BAD.” What rotten souls. Keep shining my trans friends.
