Just saw a post saying you could test one’s Canadianness by how they pronounced Queens Quay and a few other place names. For the record: I didn’t know how to say Queens Quay until after someone told me—when I was an adult. Prior to that, I assumed people were supposed to pronounce it the way it looked.
