Okay jokes aside no bluey but also the card Australia actually has to play here is pine gap. The existence of it is some bs on so many levels (drone killings & such, traditional owners wishes, all our interests) but it’s also a threat to someone targeting US comms & intel. Real target that would be a breach of Australian sovereignty & make us the next proxy war. Also unlike us in Australia, it’s the US eyes & ears into places they actually care about.
