The point is sports dominated by black men are the ones that are forced to go to college in the name of development. A good tennis player is not required to enroll in non sports classes.

In the name of development you either go overseas to Europe OR go to college for good coaching. AAU/7o7 in terms of football doesn’t count as truly good coaching most the time. You also want relatively good competition.
