You know what I find interesting? 🤔
I recently watched a reel from a health coach raving about oat bran for cholesterol control—great point, because it does have more beta-glucan.
But here’s the thing… the same person constantly talks about how ‘processed’ food is bad for your health. Yet, they don’t seem to realise that oat bran itself is processed (since it’s separated from the whole grain).
So is processing only bad when it suits the narrative? 👀
