This surely needs to be normalized, not that women are tiny little helpers to men. The thing that I wonder is that she is part of LifeWay women & other complementarian women/ networks where women believe they need to submit to male leadership. So what I understand is that many of these women are excited to be considered "ezers" like God is named, but they see it as they are powerful helpers to further the men's leadership roles.
