I know we have to show appreciation and be thankful when people or employers do things for us. BUT, today I attended an event for IWD st work that was everything that is wrong with work and gender equality. I cannot really show appreciation for that, I even turned off my camera and went to work instead of hearing poems written by the male coworkers to the women highlighting womanly characteristics.
