Wash your rice til the water runs clean. If your rice is mushy, that means too much starch & you didn’t wash enough. 1 cup rice to 2 cups of water in your pot. Bring to a boil then lower the heat to a simmer & cover. Usually 15 minutes or until all the water is gone. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then fluff. Oh & season to your liking 😂
