I’ve been engaging with more workout/gym content lately and I find a lot of the takes to be…annoying? Lol. It definitely takes discipline to be consistent in the gym. But unless you’re an athlete or doing competitions it’s not THAT deep. And this may just be because I don’t enjoy it, but it also isn’t the hardest thing I’ve ever done? The mental work I’ve done over the years has been 1000x more difficult and rewarding than anything I’ve done in the gym.
