Only non-creative practical use I’ve found/used is expanding poorly cropped photos submitted by non-photographers so I don’t have to manually photoshop it.

Honestly, if video editor in weddings, i couldnt find smth that can be save time, because a lot of manual job. But like as content creator for social networks (shorts videos: reels, shorts etc.) - there are a lot good AI, depends on goals. Also i know that Adobe Photoshop has a great AI too - firefly - magic for photographers, who create images
