The predominately Republican legislature in the solid red state of South Dakota just voted unanimously, UNANIMOUSLY, to defy Kristi Noem’s cuts to SD Public Broadcasting. They literally gave her the legislative finger. Why? Public pressure. It may be an isolated event, or, perhaps, just perhaps, a portent of things to come. A time when politicians begin to hear the voices of their constituents.
