My simple, yet effective upper body workout :
-incline barbell bench press 2 sets 6:8 reps.
-lat pulldowns 2sets 6:8 reps
-cable lateral raises 2sets 6:8 reps.
-T-bar row 2 sets 6:8 reps.
-triceps cable over head extension 2sets 8 reps.
-biceps dumbbell preacher curls 2 sets 8 reps.
