If I had to heal from you, no matter how much you claim to have changed, I’m not letting you back into my space. I’ve made that mistake before, and it cost me more than I ever should have paid. I had to rebuild myself from the damage, stitch up wounds I never should have had, and learn the hard way that some people don’t deserve another chance. If I had to question my worth every time I was around you, I refuse to put myself in that position again.
