There is this desire for renewal, to shed things that don’t serve me anymore. And it plays out at different realms. Material - I want to get rid of all the synthetic toxic clothes, plastic containers, shitty pans, things I haven’t used in a long time. Same kinda thing is happening inside of me: for the past month I’ve been in therapy & I am seeing all these old structures that I live in, they aren’t even mine or I don’t need them. So I am finding a new purpose for them, give them back, recycle.
