I don’t talk about Gabriella or her love for plants nearly enough, so let me drop some lore. They aren't just born with powers (I’ll make a longer post about power development on my Tumblr,) and only some people can get them. It all depends on different variables. Like Gabriella, who has plant powers because she shows incredible love for plants/cares about the wildlife, and vice-versa. But Brianne shows no interest in magic whatsoever, therefore has no need/drive to develop them. EchoExuberant
