Great side news for me now.
28 Feb 2025 to 15 March 2025, in 1.5 month I have loss 9kg.
How?
- limit 100g rice/carbo in any meal
- Use mix rice, basmathi, black rice & quinoa
- protein 150g in any main meal
- More on chicken & fish, less beef like sekali 2 je
- No manufactured sugar. I take natural honey. Limit 2 tea spoon a day.
- I jalan kaki maklimah 45min sbb lutut still injured
