When intellectuals and professors are fired, when Ivy League students are punished for non violent protests… when an Ivy League student (allegedly) shoots a ceo, that’s when you know something is very very wrong in our society. Educated people know history, they read books, they discuss ideas and ethics, they open their minds to new ideas. You can fire professors, redact degrees, you can defund science, but you can’t stop free thought. Being educated is not a flaw, it’s a blessing.
